About Bowen Therapy

A blissfully gentle body workout. Bowen Therapy treats problems from back pain to infertility, whilst lulling the mind into a deeply relaxed state. The gentle movements of Bowen Therapy allows the body to repair itself without traumatising soft tissue.

The therapy can improve posture and organ function, which speeds up healing time required. Bowen's calming effect on the nervous system allows the body to go straight into repair mode.

Bowen Therapy is appropriate for everyone: newborns, highly trained athletes, pregnant women and the elderly. Each person responds differently to a Bowen therapy session, according to his or her own body's need and ability to heal.
